Return/Refund Policies (Please ready these terms carefully):

ZUO MODERN REFUND POLICY

Zuo will accept the return of any unopened product, that is in the original packaging. All returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date to be applicable for refund. Each return will have a 30% restocking fee applied to the refund amount.

All returns require a return authorization number before the item can be returned to Zuo. Any returns without this RA number will be refused by the warehouse.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except for defects or order processing irregularities.

The RA number MUST be included on return labels or on the Zuo box for proper return processing. All returns must be returned in Zuo Modern's original packaging, including all parts and hardware.

If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, notify Zuo Modern and we will confirm whether we need the damaged item returned, at which time we will process a UPS call tag. Otherwise, the customer/retailer is responsible for all shipping.

Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt, and all merchandise tags for any item that needs to be returned. Please note any damages with the carrier upon delivery.

Once item is returned and inspected, your RA will be processed and a credit will be issued.

Doba Marketplace Policy:

Suppliers may decide to issue replacements if requested, per their discretion. If replacement is requested and denied, you will need to return for a credit and then place a new order. Please do not place a new order for replacement until confirmed.

This supplier may issue return labels per their discretion. If denied, you will not receive a return label and your buyer or you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.

Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.

WAREHOUSE OF TIFFANY RETURN POLICY


If there is a problem with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Items must be unopened in order to qualify for a full refund. Return authorization number must be obtained and included on the outside packaging.

Original shipping costs are included in the product cost. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error.

Doba Marketplace Policy:

Restock fee of 15% applies to non-defective returns.

All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

BENZARA INC. RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! All new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories. Please submit an RMA request for approval before returning your item.

All returns will be for a refund. Exchanges must be placed as a new order. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns. A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped. Additional details, photos, etc. may be requested.
